There are more realms waiting to be visited as well! The Great Yggdrasil Tree has branches that span and reach far and wide to a vast number more worlds than have been mentioned, and many of them do in fact have a journey we can take there together. Some may be requested before we start our journey together and others may be added along to an already progressing journey to best fulfill the needs of your mind, body and soul making this journey a magical adventure of vitality and discovery. Muspelheim and Niflheim are of course available for all to seek aid in heating or cooling during a journey and various other stops could be at Alfheim, Jotunheim, Svartalfheim, and/or Vanaheim, see our full menu and journey guide for more information.

Our mission is to offer and promote relaxation, provide relief to pain and stress, assist in facilitating an improved quality of life, and aid in bringing a good harmonious balance to oneself through various forms of therapeutic bodywork as we work together to holistically heal your body, mind and soul.
2 of our most common Journeys are:
A Journey to Midgard - Being the center of the Yggdrasil at the point where the roots meet the worlds and the rest of the Tree of Life towers above our Midgard journey is a session tailored to suit your body. With smooth gliding strokes (effleurage) and tension releasing kneading (petrissage) this flowing massage will help bring awareness and relaxation to the body. Also includes optional stretches to limber up joints for the treks to come.
A Journey to Helheim - Nestled deep in the roots of the Yggdrasil is Helheim, one of the lowest realms on the Great Tree. A journey to Helheim will entail an astute focus on the feet, hands and/or ears. Much like how fibers of a tree run from root to branch and create a sturdy foundation to support and nourish the whole tree we have similar ley lines (or reflex lines) in our bodies. This journey is all about revitalizing the body and creating an awareness for the mind through those reflex lines located most accessible through the feet.
